About Us Our Mission: To provide a service in which we can greet, support, assist and train new members to make their transition into the guild less difficult. Who We Are We are a team of guild members who help newbies (new members to the guild). Everyone who is a greeter or a responder has gone through extensive screening and training. Only a handful are picked. These people have an extensive knowledge of Neopets and our guild, as well as having good communication skills.
